The world of food delivery and take-out grub isn’t the healthiest option when it comes to Post-Workout meals. But when you didn’t have time to meal prep and you’re on the run, decisions need to made and muscles need to be fed!

 

With just the tap of a button, you can have your favorite healthy food delivered to you from some of Tampa’s best local restaurants! Sounds too good right? Well, UBER has stepped up their transportation game and is now offering this food delivery service at Uber speed!

 

So what do you even order? Just a take below because we have put together a list 25 menu items that are post-workout friendly along with some specific instructions!

 

 

Xtreme Juice:

  • 32 oz. Pure Protein: 45 grams of your choice Champion Nutrition Ultramet Whey Protein, filtered water, nonfat frozen yogurt and ice.
  • Cinnamon Collision: Cinnamon, Peanut Butter, almond milk, honey, nonfat frozen yogurt and ice. (Omit honey & Add 1 scoop Whey or Rice Protein)

Vegetarian Option: Rice Protein.

 

BT To Go:

  • Pho Noodle: Choice of Organic Protein, flat rice noodles, basil, onions and bean sprouts. Served in an aromatic broth garnished with a lime wedge, thai basil, cilantro, chili hoisin sauce and roasted shallots. (Chicken)

Vegetarian Option: Tofu.

  • Banh Mi Sandwich: Choice of Organic Protein served in a freshly baked French baquette filled with fresh cucumber, pickled daikon radish and carrot, crispy shallots, cilantro, onions and Maggi soy sauce aioli. (Chicken)

Little Greek:

  • Chicken Skewers: Two Char-grilled chicken skewers over rice with Greek Salad.
  • Salmon Skewers: Two Char-grilled salmon skewers over rice with Greek Salad.
  • Dolmades: Four tender grape leaves stuffed with ground beef, rice, tomato and herbs. Served with a greek salad.
  • Village Salad: Horiatiki. Served with chunks of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, green peppers, potato salad and feta cheese.

  • Mexican Bowl: Chopped chicken, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce and balsamic. Sauce and lettuce served on the side. (Omit sour cream OR cheddar)
  • Fitness Bowl: Charred broccolini, tomatoes, scallions, lime vinaigrette and side of hot sauce. Sauce and lettuce served on the side.
  • Big Tuna Bowl: Sesame rare ahi tuna, soy beans, broccoli, cilantro, crisp lettuce and wasabi sauce. Sauce and lettuce served on the side.

–     Mahi Mahi: Topped with lump crab meat. Served with lemon basil tartar sauce and fresh steamed broccoli. Request sauce on the side and a Sweet Potato.

  • Fire Grilled Chicken: served with Selmon’s rice and fresh steamed broccoli. Request a sweet potato as a side item in lieu of rice.

Smoked Chicken Platter: Smoked and grilled, seasoned chicken. Served with broccoli and baked beans. Request a sweet potato as a side item in lieu of rice.

  • Sonoma Chicken Wrap: Grilled chicken, spring mix, feta, walnuts, celery, pepperoncino, dried cranberries and diced apples wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Served with house French fries. (Omit feta OR walnuts and request steamed veggies or broccoli on the side in lieu of French fries).
  • Original Chicken Burger: Freshly ground chicken Breast blended in house with jalapenos and garlic. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle chip, ketchup and mayo on a brioche bun. Accompanied with season fries. (Request ketchup and mustard on the side and for Gluten Free option request GF Bun. Also request steamed veggies or broccoli on the side in lieu of French fries.

Ducky’s Sports Lounge

  • West Tampa Bowl: Brown rice, black beans, mojo marinated pork, sautéed onions, plaintain chips and mango vinaigrette. Request grilled chicken in lieu of pork and request sauce on the side.
  • Long Beach Bowl: Spaghetti Squash, broccolini, grape tomatoes, grilled chicken, napa cabbage, chopped kale and sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. Request sauce on the side.
  • Quinoa Burger: 8 oz. red Quinoa patty, arugula and garlic aioli. Served on a toasted bu.

  • Basil Grilled Salmon: Seared Salmon served with haricot verts medly and kalamato olive tapenade.
