Nina Nyiri holds a Master’s Degree of Exercise Sport & Science from Texas State University and B.S. in Sports Management from Texas A & M University – Corpus Christi. She earned her Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise in 2008.
Nina Nyiri is a Fitness Specialist with one goal: to help others obtain a healthier lifestyle through proper fitness and nutrition education. Over the past 12 years, she has set out to make an impact on those who desire change and need the knowledge to do so. Nina’s Personal Training and Lifestyle Education has excelled through her employment with 4U Fitness. Alongside her husband, Daniel Nyiri, their business has been featured in top-rated publications: Entrepreneur Magazine, Tampa Bay Times, and Business Observer, as well as on TV with “The Doctors” and in fitness industry publications including Oxygen Magazine, Men’s Journal & Natural Muscle Magazine. Nina was also voted as Creative Loafing’s 2017 “Best Personal Trainer” of the Tampa Bay Area.
Nina Nyiri is Co-Owner of 4U Fitness, Podcast Host and the Creator of 4U Fitness Recipes. Previously she had held numerous jobs within the fitness industry that just didn’t fulfill her desire to help others and change lives. And after her own personal fitness journey came to an unhealthy stop, she knew it was time to adopt a healthier, more balanced and sustainable lifestyle; not only for herself but for her clients as well.
Breaking the “diet” molds and providing scientific-based knowledge is her mission because no one should suffer through extreme and unhealthy practices due to a lack of education. With the firm belief in “you are what you eat”, Nina is adamant about creating healthy, simple and tasty recipes for everyone! And as the host of the 4U FitnessPodcast, she will enlighten you with simple tips on how to start and succeed throughout your journey!
