Nina Nyiri holds a Master’s Degree of Education in Exercise Sport & Science from Texas State University and Bachelor’s in Sports Management from Texas A & M University – Corpus Christi. She earned her Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise in 2008.

This includes helping individuals achieve a healthier lifestyle by re-shaping and forming new habits to achieve longterm success. She thoughtfully assesses the entire individual from their environment and mindset to their nutrition education and fitness capabilities; because every individual is unique. Upon full evaluation, she then customizes the most realistic and sustainable program for the client’s goals and needs.
Alongside her husband, Daniel Nyiri, their business 4U Fitness has been featured in top-rated publications: Entrepreneur Magazine, Tampa Bay Times, and Business Observer, as well as on TV with “The Doctors” and in fitness industry publications including Oxygen Magazine, Men’s Journal & Natural Muscle Magazine.
She recently published her first recipe book “Fit Bites 4U” – A No-Excuses Guide to Healthy Meal Preparation”. She is host of the 4U Fitness Podcast, creator of 4U Fitness Recipes. And she is 3x consecutive winner for Creative Loafing’s “Best Personal Trainer” (2017, 2018 & 2019).
