Nick Porch was born and raised in Orlando, FL and found his love for fitness at the young age of 13. After discovering his passion, he quickly wanted to introduce it to others. He learned that training people was just as enjoyable as his own workouts. Seeing the personal growth in others and how their lives change for the better is what inspires him to help others.
Nick advocates exercising not only because of the obvious benefits it has on one’s health, but the mental gifts it grants as well. Fitness taught him that only the tasks requiring great amounts of effort are the ones worth partaking in. The gym laid the foundation for his values and belief in work ethic, discipline and mental toughness. Working out teaches one lessons that can be applied to any aspect of life and that is what Nick loves about it.
Nick obtained his personal training certification through NCCPT and graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He spent one summer completing an internship with the Applied Science & Performance Institute in Tampa, FL. There he got experience with collegiate and professional athletes. Nick has six years of experience training others. His specialties include: burning fat, gaining muscle, toning, TRX and human performance.
It is Nick’s goal to help others gain the confidence needed to be successful in life. His favorite part about personal training is seeing a whole different person walk out the door than the same one who first walked in. Nick wants others to experience the same benefits he’s acquired through fitness.
