Chelsea was born and raised in New York and has lived in Florida for the past four years. When she moved to St. Petersburg for college, she developed a passion for fitness and became a group fitness instructor, and shortly after, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.
Growing up, Chelsea was a year-round athlete, so physical health and nutrition has always been important to her. She thrives on the idea of becoming the best version of herself, and pushing herself to work towards that each day makes her feel happy, confident and excited about life.
Chelsea’s goal is to teach people how to set their own goals and work towards them so that they can become healthier, stronger and happier. What she loves about her job is being able to work with a variety of people and implementing different methods, techniques and training styles based on their lifestyle and goals. She is always eager to learn new things to better herself, and in turn, share and teach others how to do the same. Her favorite types of training include weight lifting, kickboxing and anything outdoors! She believes there are many ways to live a fit and healthy lifestyle, and she is here to help you find which way works best for you.
