Bry Wester began his career in the real estate industry, discovering his love for sales. After two years of experience he realized he enjoyed what he did because he was helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives -purchasing a home. Although he believed he wasn’t making a big enough difference, always striving to make the world a better place.
In his youth he was always involved in sports. Starting at five years old playing soccer, he was later team captain of his high school rowing team and received a first Dan black belt in Tae Kwan Do, as well as knowledge of many other styles of mixed martial arts at the age of eighteen. Although he was always involved in fitness, it wasn’t until he began university where a friend convinced him to start weightlifting, which made him a passionate believer that fitness can prevent illness and save lives.
He received his personal trainer certification from the American Council of Exercise and became a fitness professional. Shortly thereafter, he became part of the 4U-Fitness family as a personal trainer and sales professional. Now he is able to share his knowledge and passion with others.
