Pistachio Avocado Toast

Customize this toast to your taste buds and enjoy for brunch or for a quick lunch!

  • Protein - 10 g
  • Carbs - 14 g

  • 1 slice gluten free, paleo or keto bread
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 2 tablespoons cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Utensils

  • knife
  • toaster oven
  • spoon
  • small mixing bowl - optional


  1. Toast one slice of paleogluten free or keto bread.
  2. Scoop out the avocado half and place on top of the toast. Gently smash the avocado on the toast (or in a separate bowl).
  3. Sprinkle with tomatoes and pistachios.
  4. Drizzle the toast with olive and top with salt and pepper.
  5. Enjoy every bite.
