No-Bake Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries!

Just in time for the 4th of the July! This simple and NO-GUILT dessert is a definite CROWD PLEASER!

This recipe requires less than 5 ingredients and is ready in less than 10 minutes!!!

Stuffed Strawberry Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Organic Strawberries (~16 large strawberries)
  • 4 oz. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese or Neufchatel, softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Powdered Sugar or Regular Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Gluten Free Honey Graham Cracker, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract



  • 2 small mixing bowls
  • Pairing knife
  • Hand-held or electric mixer
  • Butter knife or Make-Shift Piping bag (small ziploc & cut one)
