5-Minute Tempeh Chicken Salad

🌀 This meatless twist on a classic dish is packed with protein and yummy flavors.

Serving Size: 1/2 entire serving
  • Protein - 25 g
  • Carbs - 16.9 g
  • Fat - 16.9 g


  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 package organic tempeh ~ 8 ounces
  • romaine lettuce leaves for serving

Cooking Utensils

  1. Combine all ingredients (minus the tempeh) in a mixing bowl.
  2. Crumble the tempeh and fold into the dressing.


Training day: serve inside sprouted bread

Rest day: serve inside lettuce wraps, add sliced avocado
