The scaled does NOTaccount for inches lost.
The scale should NOT be a gauge for your success.
Not to mention, a females’ body weight fluctuates +4% & -4% daily because of hormones, carbohydrate intake, menstrual cycle and water retention.
Society has brainwashed us into thinking that we have to weigh a certain amount in order to “look good”. This idea then leads to constant obsession with a particular number.
Progress and Success should be measured by the way you look in the mirror & how your clothes fit.
