During your free initial consultation, we’ll identify medical concerns, learn your understanding of basic fitness concepts, and discuss your specific goals. From here, your coach will develop a customized personal training program fine-tuned just for you.

Yes, we offer group training for any level of fitness! We customize our group training classes for clients with special circumstances and limited time, just like you! If you are really deconditioned, we will design your plan accordingly!
While we can guarantee you will lose weight, our biggest concern is your body composition. We want you to reduce fat and cellulite, tighten your skin, and work toward defined abdominal muscles and a tighter, toned buttocks. On average, our clients lose around 8 to 12 pounds per month.
In order to give each client proper attention, our group classes are limited to 3 to 4 people.
Yes, there are numerous benefits to exercising during pregnancy. Exercising while pregnant can help you maintain a healthy weight, increase your energy and get back to your pre-birth weight after delivery. Studies show that regular exercisers are 75 percent less likely to need a forceps delivery, 55 percent less likely to have an episiotomy and four times less likely to have a Cesarean section. While exercising during pregnancy can be beneficial, it is recommended that you check with your doctor prior to starting an exercise program.
