After i learned all the fundamentals of training and eating at 4U Fitness i joined Lifetime and started a body part split workout routine. I did not use trainers there! I did it on my own!
Made sure i rested enough, didn’t work too hard, and i know how to eat now! I barley did any cardio. I finally realized that building muscle will increase the metabolism and you won’t have to
