Last July, I hit my record high weight of 218 pounds!! I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia & had broken my right ankle twice within 8 months. I made the decision that I was NOT going to live like that anymore, especially being only 39 years old. Being incredibly self-conscious about may appearance, lack of flexibility, and muscle tone, I really didn’t want to go to a huge gym & hire a “trainer”, who may not truly have any experience with fitness other than their own. After searching the internet, I came across 4U Fitness!

In September, I started e-fit & conventional workouts with Chelsea several times a week. From day one, she made me feel comfortable & took things slowly to see what I could handle. All the trainers (including Ryan & Grant) are extremely knowledgeable & very friendly. Chelsea is a wonderful motivator & always available on her cell to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had.I really can’t say enough positive things about 4U Fitness & efit.

Since I started, I’m down to 170 lbs, lost 38.5 inches total & 5.3% body fat!! I still have a way to go, but I feel better than I have in years. In fact, I have been able to decrease all of my medications & have completely stopped 2 of them!I know, without a doubt, that this would not have ever been possible without 4U Fitness & the best trainer EVER, Chelsea!
