This delicious smoothie is a complete meal 🍽 that can be served as your breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Serving Size: 1 smoothie
  • Protein - 27 g
  • Carbs - 28 g
  • Fat - 7 g

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla or chocolate protein
  • 1 cup frozen organic berry medley (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or 1 tbsp super greens powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • optional - 3 pitted dates or 1 teaspoon unfiltered organic honey

Cooking Utensils

  • high speed blender

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy!

To give your shake some variety, you can add vanilla, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, lemon juice, fresh ginger root or even cayenne!
