No-Bake Oatmeal Cookie Bites

Afternoon pick-me-up anyone?  Zero baking required, only 4 ingredients and portable! These bites are practically guilt-free because they have less than 3 grams of Sugar and 6 grams of Fiber!

Treat yourself on a training day or rest day!

  • Protein - 6 g
  • Carbs - 13 g

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp gluten free old fashioned oats
  • 1.5 tbsp creamy almond butter, no salt added
  • 1 heaping tsp VitaFiber*
  • 1 heaping tsp Lily's Stevia Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon - optional

Cooking Utensils

  • Mixing bowl

Directions

Combine all ingredients in your mixing bowl and roll into bite-size balls!

Store ANY left-overs in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

 

*VitaFiber may swapped with pure maple syrup. This will increase sugar and calorie content.
