- 12 oz. bag organic fresh cranberries
- 1 medium orange, freshly squeezed (~3/4 cup)
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 12 packets Monk Fruit in the Raw sweetener (sub for 1/2 cup granulated Erythritol)
- medium sauce pan
In a medium saucepan, add cranberries, orange juice, orange zest and ginger and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the cranberries have popped. The mixture should become thick! This should take 30-40 minutes.
