And this doesn’t do it for ya, just add AVOCADOĀ šŸ„‘!

Serving Size: ~1/2 cup
  • Protein - 1 g
  • Carbs - 4 g

Ingredients

  • 2Ā mediumĀ organic cucumbersĀ peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2Ā mediumĀ tomatoesĀ chopped (or 1 1/2 cups diced cherry tomatoes)
  • 2Ā mediumĀ jalapeƱo peppers,Ā seeded and chopped
  • 1/2Ā mediumĀ red onion,Ā chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 limes, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • optional - 1 avocado, pitted and diced

Cooking Utensils

  • knife
  • mixing bowl

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Serve with cucumber slices, Siete grain free chips or by the spoon!
