Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ~ 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
  • 4 tbsp Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve over butter lettuce, romaine or spinach!
