It’s the Foodie Friday you’ve all been waiting for: AVOCADO’S! Not only is this food so aesthetically pleasing on toast or in a salad (basically on anything!)  but it is also AMAZING for you! Today we’re going to talk about the reaping benefits of this healthy fat and  show you some not so basic avocado recipes that you can also find on our website!

Avocados are a wonderfully nutrient-dense superfood and has so many benefits:

? They contain plentiful amounts of fiber which help stabilize blood sugar levels and allow for regular bowel movements.

? Avocados are very nutritious and contain a wide variety of ? nutrients, including 20 different vitamins and minerals

? It is abundant in Vitamin K (☝?more than a banana), Folate, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin E

? They are extremely versatile and can be used as a ? condiment or sauce. I add them to just about ERRRTHANG !
